  16. I am running windows 3.1 on my PC. and every time I startup windows,
  17. it takes 1.5 minutes just sitting and showing me Windows 3.1 banner.

  19. Is there any way I can tell windows to avoid the banner and keep
  20. going? This willsave sometimes while comming up.
