  13.     Has anybody seen a display driver for windows that supports
  14. 50 Hz refresh rate. I'm currently writing a application for a industrial
  15. company which enviroment is badly influenced by magnetic fields from the
  16. power network (50Hz). This results in a oscilating picture on the monitor
  17. (6 Hz if you run SVGA since it has normaly 56Hz refresh rate), unreadable
  18. by normal peoble.

  20. What I'm looking for is a specielized driver (or video card)  which is 
  21. cabable of running EGA||VGA||SVGA mode with 50 Hz refresh rate.
