- Hi all,
-
- My Windows wants a disk in drive A on runtime! Doesn't matter
- what disk, and I can even tell it to fail (3xF), but after typing
- "win" the logo just sits there if there is no disk in A...
-
- This problem occured after re-installing Windows 3.1, had no hassle
- before. The machine is a PS/2 Model 60, running DOS 5, and I'm not
- doing anything fancy. I did win/B and aborted the read: no bootlog.txt
- was created. Then I did win /B and failed he read, the resulting
- bootlog.txt looked fine to me. Oh, and sometimes the problem occurs before
- the logo is shown, sometimes after.
-
- Anybody got any ideas as to why it does this and how I can get rid of it?
