  14. I have been told by MS Tech Support that the reason why I get
  15. GP faults in VGA.DRV and KRNL386.EXE all the time is that my
  16. video driver may be incompatible.  I'm using the standard VGA driver.

  18. So can anyone tell me:

  20.     (a) How come the VGA driver can mess up my system, while
  21.         thousands of others use it with no problems?  Is it the
  22.         VGA BIOS's fault?
  23.  
  24.     (b) Where can a get a *NEW* OAK VGA driver for *3.1*?
  25.         I know about the large zip file on cica.cica.indiana.edu
  26.         (something like 67_win.zip?), but it doesn't have a
  27.         standard VGA (640x480x16) driver in there.  I tried some
  28.         of the others but they don't work.

  30.     (c) If all else fails, does anyone at least have a contact
  31.         address for OAK?  Are they still in business?  A European
  32.         address/phone would be preferable (ideally the UK).
