- Windows 3.1 doesn't have generic 256 colour support for a Trident card.
- I have used the Trident Win31 drivers from Trident for 256 colours on a 1MB
- card.
-
- Get them by FTP from ftp.cica.indiana.edu, /pub/pc/win3/drivers/video
- trdwin31.zip.
-
- Or, for the very latest stuff, dial their BBS at (415) 691-1016.
- (600K, or so.....)
-
- (the 800x600x16 driver seems to be the same as their 3.0 driver, but I
- think the 256 colour drivers have been updated).
