- no, the July 1992 PDC disc/docs does not have anything for writing device
- drivers, its targeted for Win32 ISVs. the DDK disc/docs will include
- stuff on writing a bunch of different Windows NT device drivers, such
- as the NDIS 3.0 MAC drivers for different network cards asked about here..
