  13. Yes, I experienced a hang like the one you described.  It happenned only
  14. once to me, after I had pushed NT pretty hard by starting a few hundred
  15. Win16 applications.  The shutdown attempt was able to get rid of all
  16. processes except for the final two, and the Logoff window was in limbo.
  17. I hit the reset button.  When I brought NT back up, I got no complaints
  18. from it.
