- My, what a demanding attitude!

- As I've posted many times here and elsewhere - we'd like to treat
- internet & netnews connected people better, and we're looking into
- it. We don't get provided with comparable host facilities on internet
- & netnews with Compuserve - also, do realise, we don't "log on" to
- compuserve to provide support - there are many man years of SQL Server
- and other systems built up around online & compuserve to allow us to
- provide support, and those systems arent written for internet or
- netnews - so again, (put this in the FAQ!) we're trying, we put
- some stuff on ftp.uu.net, but our access isn't easy from our internal
- net [security reasons] so we only put some public stuff there. We're
- working towards an ftp.microsoft.com server, but I can't promise any
- timeframes - until then, compuserve, or a friend with compuserve, are the
- only official support routes. Gripes and flames are not needed - I'm on
- your side - I'm here, right? -- Alistair
