  13. I just received my Win32 SDK CDROM the other night, and I
  14. have a few device support questions:

  16. (a) My system uses an Always Technology SCSI board. When will this be supported?
  17.  
  18. (b) My CDROM is actually part of my Soundblaster Pro MM upgrade kit. The Win32 SDK
  19.     setup obviously doesn't recognize this because it looks on the SCSI board
  20.     (whihc it can;t find on my machine anyway, see (a) ) for the CDROM. Since
  21.     Win32 and Win/NT support the Soundblaster board itself, I assume that it
  22.     will, at some point in the future, support the CDROM as well. Is this true?

  24. Anyone that can answer these questions will get my undying graditude. (Well,
  25. a hardy "Thank You!" at any rate.)

  27. There is an interesting point here: there is *no one* on the MS phone lines
  28. who can answer this question. As a matter of fact, after being routed around on
  29. the phone for 45+ minutes, I was flatly told that they would *refuse* to answer
  30. this question, as all support for Win32 and Win/NT was being done through 
  31. CompuServe. Is anyone else annoyed at this policy?
