  19. My experience is that NT runs rather stable as long as you do not start the 
  20. windows or msdos subsystem. As soon as you execute a 16 bit dos or windows 
  21. application, NT becomes unstable, runs out of memory etc.

  23. It's just what microsoft said. This NT release is ONLY a development platform 
  24. for 32 bit applications. Neither the DOS nor the Windows subsystem is finished 
  25. or fully testet.
