- crosoft is trying to discriminate the blind by preventing them from
- accessing the computer. Microsoft has already developed some versions
- of MS Windows with GUI, and is now developing Windows NT. But they don't
- have any plan to enable the blind to access their software at all.
- But IBM has already developed the screen reading program for OS/2 2.0
- and the Presentation Manager for the blind.
- Microsoft is clearly making discrimination for the visually impaired.
