There is a file on CI$ called BOOTSE.ZIP that will save the NT boot sector to a normal disk file and also restore it. I have not yet tried it, but that is
how it is documented.
It is located in WINNT on LIB 4
Just save off the NT boot sector and do a SYS to put the DOS stuff back. Then
you can use BOOTSE to put it back when needed.
