  24. Visual Basic really doesn't compare to Borland C++, but it does have its 
  25. advantages.  It's very easy to learn and use.  You can create buttons, dialog
  26. boxes, list boxes, etc. and link code to them with ease.  If you plan to make a
  27. small Windows app with very little turnaround time, VB is the way to go.  I'm
  28. using both BC++ and VB.  Of course, being the programming weenie that I'm, I
  29. prefer BC++, but when our customers want a very quick turnaround time, I can
  30. get it done with VB in less than a day.  Honestly, I think VB is good for 
  31. those who really don't want to deal with the overwhelming capabilities of
  32. BC++.

  34. In a nutshell, VB is very good but if you have the time and the knowledge, 
  35. BC++ is the best way to go.
