  25.    I spoke with a person from Microsoft Press earlier this week.  The third
  26.    edition of "Programming Windows" (which covers MS-Windows 3.1) is now
  27.    due to be released the last week of September.  This is a yet-further-
  28.    delay from the previous week, which placed the release date on Sept 7.

  30.    Sorry, I don't know any details concerning why the book has been delayed.
