  13.     Lots of apps these days display a graphical logo/copyright
  14. message, etc., window when they start up.  Usually, the window is
  15. frameless, and appears centered over the forming app window.  My
  16. question is, what methods are there for creating such windows?
  17. How are they filled with wall-to-wall bitmap?
