  13. Could some please refer me to the cheapest (resource wise) call to make
  14. from C (using BCC++ 3.1) within a windows app to find out whats running?

  16. I need to determine the presence - or lack there of - a certain DOS
  17. programs and whether or not they are running. This poll is made numerous
  18. times per second and so I don't want a call that has very much overhead
  19. to it.
