  11. Last month I posted this:

  17. Most of the replies were of the "me too" variety.  Others pointed
  18. me to sources for zoo/lzh.  These I have or can get.  One reply
  19. pointed out that LZEXPAND.DLL may do what I want.  This DLL
  20. comes with Win3.x, but it appears to be undocumented.

  22. Does anyone know if documentation for the DLL and the compression
  23. algorithm is available?  The compression would be done on a VMS
  24. system, so C source-code would be most useful.
