  12. First let me appologize for being so unaccessible for the last little
  13. while. I moved twice (once between provinces and once between
  14. countries),  lost internet access, and only recently got it back.
  15. During that time, I've been at the mercy of Canada Post properly
  16. forwarding my mail (something which they don't seem to care too much
  17. about, surprise, surprise). The result of this is that if you sent me
  18. mail and I didn't respond, it's not because I'm trying to brush you
  19. off, but because I never received it. Everyone who registered WinDock
  20. was sent a registered copy by email if they sent me their address
  21. (internet or compuserve), or by regular mail if they did not. If
  22. anyone has not received their copy, then  I will certainly send them
  23. another one. I apologize for the delays, but circumstances were
  24. beyond my control. In the meantime, my new (and hopefully final)
