  32. Excuse me, there is a file winspeed.lzh in that site, but that is window
  33. performance analysis, not a driver if I understand it correctly. How can
  34. it improve the windows performance? BTW, winspeed.lzh is in the
  35. directory MSDOS/WINDOWS/uitls.
