- Yes. I wrote a thing called RandySnd that seems to do exactly what
- you want. It is available via ftp from cica. The file is randysnd.zip
- in the sounds (I think!) directory. As I was (and still am) very new
- to the net when I wrote RandySnd, I made no release announcement to
- the net. (I guess this constitutes such an announcement!)

- Btw, the archive contains MSC++ 7 sources as well as the executable.
