  13. We've just added a couple of Apple Laserwriter IIg's to our inventory here
  14. and some of our PS/2's that print to them via a Novell server are having
  15. problems printing properly from Windows and Word for DOS 5.0, 5.5. Apple
  16. suggests that we need a postscript level 2 compatible driver but I have
  17. been told that Microsoft is reluctant to admit that the problem exists.

  19. Is there a way to get the newest versions of netps, netps55 and the
  20. windows pscript driver (3.52?) via internet or UseNet or do I have to call
  21. Microsoft and hope that I get a tech support rep who will admit to the
  22. problem?
