- In last post I said pspro was a memory hog and before that I also said I
- had memory problem with WinGIF. Now I know actually nothing is wrong
- with pspro or WinGIF ... I should have used windows 386 enhanced mode
- rather than stardard mode. That is it. After I use the enhanced mode,
- all the memory problems are gone! Sorry for confusing things.
-
- Only one problem remains: why the bmp files I got by converting gif
- files by these programs are in 16 colors rather than 256 colors (when
- viewed by paintbrush)? I need help on this since I want to use them as
- wallpaper. Thanks in advance.
