- Please forgive me if this is a FAQ, but...
- I have a 386DX/20 running Windows 3.0, and I've solved many of the problems
- I've faced (I even got the damn thing to recognize COM4). However, when I run
- an application which uses the Sound Blaster, the sound is *very* slow. It's
- like playing a 78 RPM record at 33. Why is this happening (other than the fact
- that Windows always makes everything slower!)? Is there any way I can
- configure my system to get around that? Is Windows 3.1 similar in its treat-
- ment of sound boards?
