  12. Using windows 3.1 on a 386 or higher (386 enhanced mode), what does
  13. the screen saver do to the multitasking priorities?  That is, when
  14. the screen saver (the built in one) activates, does it become the
  15. "foreground" application, or is it considered "background"???
