- Smartdrv obviously completely crashes the system when a write error
- occurs on a drive with write-cache enabled. I actually consider this
- unacceptable for professional software. You can try it if you turn on
- write cache for a floppy disk drive (which is sometimes very convenient)
- and either put in a bad disk or even only a write-protected one -
- smartdrv doesn't even recognize that and takes no reasonable consequence.
- Hasn't anyone noticed this problem before?
