  21.   Actually, the Windows display driver should be able to take
  22.   any 24-bit DIB and display it properly; it doesn't.  The 24-bit
  23.   image has to be dithered down to the available colors.
  24.   The soon to be released 1.4 version corrects the latter problem
  25.   you mentioned as well as the 15-bit display problem.
