- Not sure what you mean here. Certainly with Win3.1 you can share COM ports
- albeit not both using at the same time if you use the same IRQ. I
- have COM1 (unused), COM2 in the same card but no UART and my Boca fax/modem
- on COM3. Winfax Pro finds it okay and it works using the standard IRQ
- assignments. I seem to recall with Win 3.0 you could not share IRQ's
- unless (and then maybe not) you did some fiddling with the combase (sp)
- setting in system.ini. In Win3.1 the Port dialogue allows you to set the
- IRQ and combase to what you want.
