  43. Not sure what you mean here. Certainly with Win3.1 you can share COM ports
  44. albeit not both using at the same time if you use the same IRQ. I
  45. have COM1 (unused), COM2 in the same card but no UART and my Boca fax/modem
  46. on COM3. Winfax Pro finds it okay and it works using the standard IRQ
  47. assignments. I seem to recall with Win 3.0 you could not share IRQ's
  48. unless (and then maybe not) you did some fiddling with the combase (sp)
  49. setting in system.ini. In Win3.1 the Port dialogue allows you to set the
  50. IRQ and combase to what you want.
