- It is ABSOLUTELY horrid. *DO NOT* fax them anything. Faxes are processed FIFO
- and it took 2 weeks for one of my faxes to show up on a tech's desk to call
- me about it. I've yet to ever call their toll support line and get anything
- other than a busy signal.

- Once I got a problem opened, it took some heavy threats to get them working
- at a reasonable speed on my company's problem. While my problem specifically
- was not with PCPlus/Win, I imagine it will be the same with it.

- Datastorm was heavily trashed in a recent InfoWorld review on their support
- staff, and they are aware of their deficiencies, but I've yet to see any
- concrete steps taken to improve the situation.
