  20. The PC/TCP kernel requirement does not mean that you can't place an
  21. application in the public domain. Several free TCP/IP applications use
  22. (or can use) the FTP Software kernel, and these include NUPOP, Archie, 
  23. WAIS, and lately Trumpet.
