  11. The software project that I'm currently working on needs to run on 286 machines,
  12. but I would like to use a DOS extender because my program is extremely cramped
  13. in 640K.  I would appreciate any helpful hints, suggestions or opinions from
  14. anyone using a 286 DOS extender.  Important questions I have are the following:
  15.     1) How much does it cost?
  16.     2) Is there are runtime royalty?
  17.     3) Will it work with Microsoft C (either 6.0 or 7.0)?
  18.     4) Will it work with CodeView?
  19.     5) Does it support automatic paging or swapping to disk?
