  28. This maybe a dumb question, but did you completely reinstall WPWIN?  I don't
  29. know how yours is set up, but mine is divided into two separate 
  30. subdirectories:
  31.  
  32. /..../WPWIN
  33. /..../WPC
  34.  
  35. Most of the common dll's are under WPC, but it *looks* like your having an
  36. executable problem.  At this point I would do a complete re-install of WPWIN
  37. and if it's still screwy, re-install Windoze.  I had to do that once when I
  38. was having some really strange problems.  Reinstalling either or both shouldn't
  39. mangle your default settings, so it's not like starting totally from scratch.
  40. In any case, it'll probably be quicker than trying to hunt down and replace
  41. the offending file(s).  Just to be on the safe side, you could copy off your
  42. *.ini files from \WINDOWS and \WINDOWS\SYSTEM before re-installing Windoze.
