  12.     Does anyone know of a program that will let me convert .PIC files
  13. created in a draw program called 'Dr. Halo' to other graphics formats and
  14. back again?

  16.     We have to do some major re-design of some graphics screens that were
  17. done in Dr. Halo and it would be nice if we could use some of the better
  18. graphics programs that we have to do the re-design and then convert the
  19. graphics back to their original .PIC format.
