- I've been asked to find out about low cost (cheap, free, heavily educational
- discount) authoring packages that run on MSDOS machines. I'm looking for
- something to set up relatively simple interactive displays -- "guided tours"
- for booths when a presenter is not available.
-
- The person needing this has very little programming ability. Although what
- I suspect I'd like would be a PC version of HyperCard, I suspect they don't
- exist cheaply. One possibility I've heard about is Visual Basic. Can
- anyone provide recommendations for any packages that would be appropriate?
-
- Thanks in advance.
