  23. In light of the recent announcement that MS has developed a sound board, soon
  24. to go on sale, and now being licensed to PC vendors, I wonder if the release
  25. decision on the SPEAK driver might have had more to do with MS's pending
  26. sales of sound boards and less to do with the rumored problems with some
  27. PC's.  Just a thought.
