- Hi !
- I have a problem. Linux bootimage-0.97 won't boot for me. I insert it and
- it starts to load but after awhile I get prompted:
-
- Hit <RETURN> to see SVGA-modes available or any other key to continue.
-
- Well if I hit <RET>, it prints Mode: COLSxROWS and hangs. And if I hit any
- other key the machine just hangs. (With -hangs- I mean that the only thing it
- will respond to is the three-finger-salute or the programmers button :-)
-
- Now I wonder is the problem with:
- a) Linux (I don't think so)
- b) The ET4000 graphics board
- c) Me
-
- Any clues out there ?
-
- The machine I'm using is 486 w/4MB mem 130MB hd and said ET4000
