  18. There is a copy of gawk/awk in the MCC interim version of Linux.  The
  19. unlinked '.a' file is in mcc-interim/0.96c/files.a/f-gl.a.tar.Z.  The
  20. sources are in GNU's gawk-2.13.2.tar.Z in mcc-interim/0.96c/source_links,
  21. and the patches I applied are in mcc-interim/0.96c/patches/gawk213.ud.Z.

  23. I have tried to be certain that all sources for anything included in the
  24. MCC interim releases of Linux are available.  You can use anonymous ftp
  25. to get them from ftp.mcc.ac.uk, or from any of the mirroring sites;
  26. the mirroring sites will not necessarily have the GNU source files,
  27. since everything in the source_links directories is a symbolic link.
