  22.     I think you're making a big mistake - if Linus pays off his
  23. machine he'll probably invest in fancy new hardware. And then
  24. when version 1.0 comes out the README will say "requires at
  25. least a 486 with 8 meg...". I think many people on this group
  26. have a vested interest in keeping Linus using the minimal
  27. system.
