- It may not be your mtools. Try doing other "disk change" type
- operations - for example, format a couple of disks and then write a
- multiple volume tar to them. Then, try and read it back. If you're
- not getting any "Disk type is undefined after change" (whatever the
- exact wording is) type messages, your disk drive may have a faulty
- disk-change detect switch. Make sure your system's setup has the
- correct drive type, and make sure /etc/mtools is configured properly.
- If all else fails, try swapping floppy drives (if possible) or having
- yours looked at.
