  20. There's been problems with the line between Finland and Sweden.  The
  21. line is provided by the telecoms (I think both Finnish and Swedish),
  22. so direct your flames there.

  24. There was a report that they found at least one problem with the line
  25. and fixed it, so line outages should be less frequent in the future.
