- Hi, me again.
-
- I'm having more problems stemming from the installation of MGR on my system.
- My problem now is that I was compiling and then for no apparent reason, the
- nsystem decided to reboot. Whenh I brought linux up again, I lost a
- directory. This what happened:
-
- In my /etc/rc I execute a fsck -sav on all my file systems because I lost an
- entire drive once and I'm in no mood to have it happen again. Executing this
- command gives me an error message saying that /usr/src/mgr/usr.lbin is no
- longer a valid directiry because . isn't first and .. isn't second. That's
- all fine and dandy but now, I can't remove it from my drive. rmdir says that
- the directory is not empty and rm says -rf says that device 0304 (or 0403,
- whichever it is) contains an invalid directory and won't remove it.
-
- What do I do now?
-
- (And I still haven't managed to extract files with names longer than 14
- characters. MGR don't like me... :-( ).
