- Thanks everyone for the help. It turns out that Krishna Balasubra
- gave me the simplest solution.

- Apparently, by removing the #definition of _LINUX_TYPES_ from
- command.c all of the include problems go away. Deleting this one
- line solved everything! After that, ps, w, who, etc. all compiled
- without any problems.
