  23. This is indeed unfortunate.  Please reconsider.  I will lose internet
  24. access in the not-to-distant future, and will want to avail myself of
  25. your services.  Your release sounds like a good one -- I was planning
  26. on downloading it this week and maybe making it available here. :(

  28. As for my personal opinion, I would be delighted to see linux become
  29. widespread enough that commercial developers might consider porting 
  30. applications to linux.  Being able to get SimCity for X under linux
  31. would be extremely cool.  For this to ever happen, a service such as
  32. yours will be needed to fill a valuable distribution niche.  But then,
  33. there are probably those who would scream bloody murder if anyone
  34. actually tried to (gasp!) sell software which runs under linux.
  35.
