  10. Hi and kudos to all Linuxers!
  11. I have few questions regarding Linux and lots of thanks
  12. for it (system). 
  13. 1) Why can't I use *effectivelly* setterm as regular user?
  14. I've set it suid!
  15. 2) (did ask it before but no answer...) Why does (re)nice
  16. in top seem to work au reverse (ie renicing the process
  17. -19 seemes to speed it up, +14 slows it a lot)
  18. 3)What do the options to fsck mean? I couldn't find a man
  19. page for it and one on *this* (university) system is
  20. inapropiate.
  21.  My system is 0.96cpl2 with new setterm and ps-0.96c1
  22.  package.
