- You were unlucky? Seriously, I have a AMD 386, running at 40MHz, and it
- runs Linux, with X11 at 1024x768 resolution, and it works just fine.
- How do you explain *that*? There have also be several people on
- comp.os.linux who have chimed up in the past saying that they've run
- Linux on the AMD 386 without any problems. There's nothing like
- existence proofs to carry the day! :-)
