  22. The gateway for Finland's connection to the Internet (in Norway or
  23. Sweden, I believe) is down for repairs or somesuch.  This obviously
  24. has effects on those of us on this side of the world (well, anywhere
  25. outside of Finland itself, I guess) and access to those sites.

  29. garbo.uwasa.fi being unavailable - same reason.
