- Hi,
-
- when I got my new machine (486/33) I wanted to get my Coherent (3.1.0-D)
- from the old one (286/12) to a partition on the 486...
-
- So I did a mass-restore (level 0 dump) and then installed Coh again
- on a generated partition on the 486 via restor.
-
- But, it didn't work!
- I did
- - boot from floppy, with root-fs on floppy
- - mount the filesystem to /mnt
- - try to restor it...
-
- Coh first goes for deleting inodes, then begins to restore inodes,
- but works up only to disk3 of 6. After beeing prompted for disk3, I insert
- the requested volume and press enter, but right after that I get a
-
- Cannot read Dump file...
-
- Error-msg.
-
- What have I done wrong?
-
- Hope some1 can help me...
-
- Bye Carsten
