  40. I've never had a problem (other than the 'rz' thing) such as you describe.

  46. Microlink) participates on the RIME Windows conference.  T communicate 
  47. with him there.

  50. on setting up a support BBS of his own;  until then, this one serves.

  52. I have sent him many bug reports, and he has been most responsive, sending 
  53. me three bugfixes in the last two months.  He likes it when people write 
  54. to him, detailing their problems.  Please, if you can not reach him via 
  55. the other means I have described, do write to him.
