  13. help!  i'm about to lose internet access when i graduate
  14. from SUNY buffalo.  i need any information about public
  15. access systems, for-pay accounts or free if there is
  16. such a thing - not local BBS's, but actual internet
  17. e-mail priveleges and so forth.  i know there's one in
  18. Washington D.C. but i'd prefer something more local;
  19. i'm posting this with distribution to world though
  20. because there's no telling who'll be able to help me
  21. out, here.
