  12. I appeal to the net for knowledge; I'm asking for someone who hasn't
  13. (yet) got access.  I'm asking here since Telebits are quite popular for
  14. UUCP connections.

  16. In some circumstances, two Telebit PEP modems will connect and
  17. communicate at 2400 baud.  This is a little slower than generally
  18. wanted.  What, specifically, causes this?  (Okay, register settings.
  19. But which register settings?)  What should be set to fix this?  Is this
  20. in the FAQ and I missed it?  (Apologies if it is.)
