- Any idea why uuxqt barfs on an address with an apostrophe in it? My
- mail feed normally works fine, but attempts to send to an address with
- an apostrophe in it gives an error like the following from the remote
- system.
-
- uuxqt cmd (rmail O'Name@valid.domain.name ) status (DENIED)
-
- I checked, and the apostrophe is not a special character in RFCs 821
- and 822. Putting a single backslash ("\") character in front of the
- apostrophe doesn't help. The system doing the complaining is a VAX
- 8600 running 4.3 BSD.
